My laptop wont turn on.

So my laptop suddenly wont charge, I removed the battery and try starting it while plugged, as soon as i press the power on, i just hear a beep Any help?

change the BIOS battery. should it help ;)

On that model the CMOS battery is soldered to best to test it with a voltmeter first
