Several keyboard keys not working

The D# and A keys on my keyboard are not working in any octave. Help?

Also, here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQFknzlI.... This video shows the disassembly, but the guy uses a pencil to scrape the contacts. I would use isopropyl alcohol as mentioned in the article. In other words, follow the article, but use the video for visual reference for assembly/disassembly.
