Unable to Activate (Error)

I am trying to activate my iphone, but I only get the following error when I will activate:

Unable to activate (your iphone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. Try connectin your iphone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes)

And iTunes says: The iPhone could not be activated because the activation information could not be obtained from the device

When I go to the screen I get all the information including IMEI:

It’s probably a baseband issue that is relatively common on the iPhone 6 series. Try tapping on the numeric pad *#06#, you should be getting the Imei number in return. If nothing appears, that confirms the issue.

When I type this and when I click on the info icon as shown in the image the IMEI is visible.

@josesantos16 Info is not very meaningful, but if you get the IMEI when tapping the code it means the main chip is seen. Unfortunately that makes things even worse if possible as it's not a straightforward known problem. I would not recommend investing time and money on an iPhone 6 with such problem given current market value.

I was able to contact Apple and escalated a request to the engineers to see why it could not be activated on their server, I'll wait and see.

@josesantos16 Although I'm not very confident they'll be able to do anything about it, I cross my fingers for you.
