My ice maker only makes like 8 cubes a day. I have changed the filter. Our water dispenser works great please help

Usually it’s a controller board issue. The manufacturer,such as lg,generally sells replacement parts. Inside of the door(between inner and outer pannel),usually,there is the controller board.
