I am having a terrible time connecting to a hot spot from my hp 15 laptop through my iPhone, it has been working great, but all of a sudden it won’t connect, it seems I have tried everything! It is connecting through my iPhone and iPad, but it won’t connect through my hp. Help!

Connecting the iPhone to the laptop via a USB cable will render the data connection easier to make.

Just so we're on the same page.
The iPhone is providing the WiFi hotspot and you want to connect the laptop to it, is this correct?
If so is the hotspot SSID (network name) appearing in Settings > Network and Internet > WiFi?
