You can’t! The RAM is soldered to the logic board. But! You could replace the logic board with one which has more RAM. Ok there is two ways 1 is to do as suggested and buy a board with 16gb already installed that is much easier the long answer is you can although you would have to buy a solider reworks station and out source 4 ram chips for your particular model unsolder the existing ones with flux reball the new ones solder them on in the correct direction seal it up and pray that it works if somebody that is unskilled in soldering attempts there is no guarantee that it will work really it is a gamble so it might be worth the 8gb that is already in your system to just stay in there.
