Why the sound quality with Bluetooth is distorted?

When I use them with Bluetooth the audio distorts a little, but when I use them pluged in, the quality is great, is that normal?

Hi,

Try pairing the headphones with a different BT source device to check if the problem is with the headphones or the BT source device when using Bluetooth for audio.
