20 PIN Ribbon Connector

I have a Jennair Range JES9860AAS. I am replacing the Electronic Control and have a ribbon cable to disconnect/connect. Can anyone tell me the type/name of connector and how it connects/disconnects? I have attached a picture of the new card and connector. The connector on the old card broke when trying to disconnect. 15 years of thermal cycling made the connector brittle and gave no tolerance for my clumsiness.

I believe this is called a "Pin Head" Connector. To remove the connector you'll want to grab the head of the connector closest to the actual board and gently wiggle it back and forth from each end until it detaches. Do not pull from the wires themselves as this can cause damage to the connector and/or the board.
