Identify component next to U8400 / LP8548B1SQ Backlight Driver chip?

Can you help identify the small missing part in the red rectangle?

Its next to U8400 / LP8548B1SQ.

I am not sure what it is though i have someone who could solder it in to fix my MBP but he needs to know the part wich is missing (broke off)

if thats broken off and doesnt get fixed what do you think will happen?

* or non working backlight?

I accidentially broke off this tiny little thing when unplugging the speaker cable while disasembling for a battery replacement…

I found the resistor and how to buy it so i will give that soldering place a try next week.

@chrism83 that is reference designator R8447 which is a 10K ohm 5% 1/20W resistor in a 201 package. It is part of your keyboard backlight circuit
