iPhone stuck in boot loop after water damage

So my phone got wet after it had a crack in it and was badly water damaged, I managed to replace the screen after a week of letting it dry out and the screen looks fine but now when I turn it on it’s stuck in a boot loop, if I try a hard reset it just stays off but when I try and turn it back on again the boot loop starts back up. Please help

Update (04/15/2020)

UPDATE: i ley the phone die and it’s now out of the boot loop, however the sound is at working at all, neither is the home button (but the touch iD is?) please help

If your phone wasn’t backed up and you need your data I would recommend sending it to a reputable repairer for data recovery. But if you wish to precede the first thing you need to do would be a battery replacement.

There are a number of reasons a water damaged iPhone boot loops and the only one you can address is a battery replacement unless you have microsoldering skills and equipment.

I have a lot of doubt that this is the problem. I slightly wet my iphone 7 which was not sealed properly as I had replaced a battery earlier and did not bother to replace the thin seal. After taking my iphone 7 apart attaching probes to the battery it read 3.5 volts. Using the same probes and charging through them using a USB cable that I cut apart to be able to connect to the probes while monitoring the voltage after about 1 hour, it was charged to about 3.9 v. Even with that I was stuck in a boot loop. I think the lightning connector is damaged because there is no charging through that port (I have a USB monitor that shows any current flow). To replace the batter, you just unstick the battery from the case and replace it with a new one (after removing and replacing the adhesive). Next is the much more difficult replacement of the lightning connector.
