You have a few options. You can pull the phone apart and freeze the glass and chip it off. Or pull it apart and heat it ut up and chip the glass off. You can take it to a repair shop and they can change it by using a laser to vaporize the glue. Or you or a repair shop and replace the rear case with the glass already installed. You have 2 options with the rear case. You can get one with just the power and volume buttons and the wireless charging coil or item two you can buy a rear case with everything installed except for the cameras and the battery and also the motherboard. I would look at all of the options and see if it's cost effective and if your up to the skill and time involved. I currently buy the rear case with all of the parts installed. It's not that much different in price and I can't afford the laser machine yet.
