I cant find Serial number of this chromebook
the serial number sticker is not visible and the laptop charger not working thus cannot bootup.

The serial number should be visible somewhere in the motherboard, as well as the sticker. If you remove the cover you should be able to see it. As for the charger, costs around 20-30 euro to get a new one :)
