Why the face id doesn't work on my iPhone?

I change the screen so its not the orginal is that could be reason the face id not working ??

Options

You would have needed to transfer the top flex assembly from the original screen over to the new screen. If you have and face ID is still not working you most likely damaged the flex or a sensor while transferring.
