windows 10 power settings

windows 10 has a setting advanced tab , I set it to shut down my desk top at 20 minutes after non usage and it wont shut off just goes into a off shut screen and lower fan operation however it wont shut off completely-[ it used to about 2 months ago ] . what’s next in settings ? Need Help

I just figured it all out I had to restart it after my power settings were in.
