Won’t turn on after battery replacement

I replaced my Google Pixel 3 battery and then plugged the phone into a charging cable. After about 3 hours, I went to turn it on and all it did was give me haptic vibrations whenever I would touch the fingerprint sensor or power button, otherwise completely bricked. I reconnected all the ribbon cables twice and still the same issue. Any thoughts?

Considering you’re getting feedback when you touch the finger print sensor, I would say it’s possible you damaged the display while attempting your repair.

If the phone vibrates when you plug in the charging cable that means the battery is connected. If the screen will not turn on check the cable for the screen located on the right side of the battery in the middle. It needs to be pushed down quite a bit to be connected.
