How to teardown the Jabra Elite 45h headphones

No sound in the right ear. It is easy to remove ear pads, but no idea how to do the next step. Googled 2h, probably I’m the only one who wants to repair it by himself. Please help.

Fixed by myself:

- found a picture with half-disassembled Jabra Evolve2 40, looks like both models have similar construction

- there are 4 latches, just open them gently using a screwdriver

- one wire was detached, so I soldered it back, and reassembled the ear pad

Had the exact same problem with my Elite 45. This video for the Evolve2 65 was quite helpful. Apart from the external microphone it looks quite like the Elite 45

not a fix, but rather an enhancement. I turned my Jabra 45h into over the ear headphones with these adapters: https://3dcustomthings.com/jabra-headset...
