Runnerman Gaming that is a CRT monitor correct? Are you looking for the Setup Menu or the Service Menu? The common way for Zentih TV (if yours even has one) service menu would be something like this:

> Turn ON the TV and hold down the "Menu" button on the remote control, till "Welcome Message" appears on screen. Now release the "Menu" button and within two seconds press the following buttons in sequence. [9] [8] [7] [6] - [Enter].

The service menu will be displayed.

> You can press [9] [8] [7] [6] - [Display] too to get into the service menu.

To exit from service menu, press the Power button on the remote control.

An other way to enter the service menu is

To exit from service mode, and save the settings, press Power button on the remote control.
