No. You can replace the display and the camera is easily removable.

This question had been upvoted in Moderation to be moved from a comment in this iPhone SE 2020 Screen Replacement guide to a new question in its own right.
This was the series of comments it was in with:

I think you mean the camera from the old phone needs to be transplanted if the replacement doesn’t come with the camera and other sensors out of the box.

To give some context the comment by the OP of the new question above then followed on from the above two comments
Unfortunately this question has also highlighted a new bug in ifixit as a "device" cannot be inserted (editied in) with the question when this happens so it appears as No Device.
