iPhone XS random restarting Panic Full

hi, I have an iphone xs 256 GB device. been exposed to steam while in the shower and it has been randomly shutting down for about a month. I did a lot of research. They recommended replacing the charging flex. but I changed the charging flex 2 times and the problem did not go away. it turns off at once, the battery level is not visible and it stutters. then it gets better and turns off and on randomly after 3-4-5 minutes, sometimes 2 hours. I changed the battery, still no results. I am posting the analysis log here please help. It's a very frustrating situation.

download the panic log analyzer and it will show you the possible cause of the crash, https://github.com/waynebonc/iDeviceLogA... . unzip the file, got to lib, net45, then go down to the application and open it

@Emre Uyanik did you use an original flex pulled from a genuine phone or a copy from a 3rd party supplier

Randomly shutting down, stuttering and battery level not visible. These signs all point to the battery. I would check the battery FPC under some magnification and make sure none of the pins are pushed into the plastic and that the connector is seating properly with no movement. The battery connectors on the X series can be problematic causing your problem.

@imicrosoldering yes, I think this is the problem, but I think I need to get professional help in this regard. When I disconnect the battery and plug it back in, the battery status seems normal. but after a while I get the same errors again and it shuts down.

by

@uemre Probably a good idea as you have done everything you can. The first thing a reputable repairer will do is transfer the logic board into a known good housing. This will determine if it is a parts issue or a board problem.

by

@imicrosoldering Is there a document or video about how this process is done?
