Hi,
Even though the display and the touch still work the display assembly will have to be replaced as it is one complete module and not composed of separate replaceable component parts.
Looking at the cracks it may not be much longer before the touch begins to fail as the cracks widen and become more pronounced due to usage.
Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the tablet. Go to p.31 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly.
Search online for 844861-001 to find suppliers of the part that suits you best.
