My PC wouldn't turn on just shows light in power button

My PC would turn on and it shows light on the power button.

I noted some liquid in my PC after opening it. And it wouldn't turn on . Even the fan are not rolling.

liquid in PC not good. It shorts things out and can eat thru component wires and PCB traces if it is other than tap or rain water. Wine and Coke are very bad. Salt water is also bad.

You may have an economically unfixable problem. At a minimum a complete disassembly is in order to determine the extent of the problem.
