Having a lot of problems recently with it never finishing, and now stuck locked. Have recalibrated a dozen times. Usually just stops with wash light on with no water visible in it. Wondering if maybe drain pump clogged since it sees a lot of dog hair.

I don't know what a blinking wash light only means so try running the automatic test mode diagnostics as per p.4 (and p.2 Activating the service diagnostic test modes) in the tech sheet and check what error codes if any are shown.
Not spinning might be more the problem than the drain pump being clogged because you said that the clothes are wet, not that there's still water in the tub.

What code are you getting?
Basket speed fault. Tried to look at bottom but tight in laundry room. Will work on it tomorrow. Wondering if belt issue. Washer came with house so know idea how old. I had the physical manual. Should look it up online for easier reading.

WTW4815EW1 - Fixed the lock issue. Tried unplugging for an hour and still had problem, locked and could not cancel. Put back into manual diagnostic, then was able to unlock. Still fails constantly with wash light on, with clothes wet (not spun) and no water in it. I have 6 long hair dogs and wash their blankets frequently. Wondering if evacuation pump is clogged.

Someone replied, but do not see post. Ran automatic diagnostic and comes back to Done. Does it return fault code or error codes?? If error code could be basket speed, no fill/slow fill, or long drain or a few other things. Totally confused if they are error or fault codes. Figures I finally need glasses, and hard to read microscopic print in manual. How do I get fault codes?

Figured out the code issue. Once in diagnostic mode, turn knob till done light on, press start, all lights flash, turn knob once to see last error, first flash is fault, second flash is error.
