trying to fix a restore mode boot loop

iphone 7 boots to Recovery Mode only. i can get it into DFU mode and i have tried both update and recovery with iTunes as well as Flash with 3uTools. the problem is during one of the reboots (around 19% per 3uTools) it goes right back to Recovery Mode and it just hangs the app (3uTools or iTunes).

the 3uTools Flash in DFU mode usually does the trick and updates to the latest IOS and recovers the phone, but this time it's just not working.

i'm looking for new things to try.

BTW - i don't care about recovering any of the data on the phone.

If you've tried to restore and it still doesn't work, there might be a problem with the iPhones internal NAND.

what is the internal NAND? what does it do?

Open the phone, disconnect the ear speaker ribbon then try it. If it works then you need a new one. Had an xr with the same issue.

If disconnecting the earpiece speaker doesn't do the trick, try it with the front camera unplugged. My wife's 7 plus went into boot loops due to something wrong with that assembly, and it stopped looping once the camera was disconnected. A new assembly fixed the issue.
