HI i have a question regrading a acer nitro5. I go to turn on my laptop and it comes with with a blue square about. comes up with default boot Manager . telling me to do recovery media. but nowhere to put cd. or anything but i found out tonight when i got it plug in to the wall wants to stay on. thinking it is my cmos battery. How to i go about getting one of them?

Hi, this sounds like your storage drive (Likely an SSD) has failed, unfortunately this will be a bit more costly than a CMOS battery but still easy enough, you would likely have to use another computer to make a install USB drive, if your computer doesn't have a CD/DVD drive. Hope this helps!

Doesn't it stay on when "...comes up with default boot Manager . telling me to do recovery media." is on the screen?

So basically When the laptop is on it come with blue menu saying about a boot Manager then default Boot manager.
