Blank Screen after replacing JoyCon
I replaced my Switch Lite's left JoyCon, but now the screen will not turn on. The fan spins up, and the speakers make noise when I press any buttons. How can I fix this?

Check the small ribbons about halfway up on the left of the board are seated properly. Below the card reader if I remember correctly. One is for the back light and if not inserted correctly causes a black screen.

Both ribbon cables seem to be seated properly, they are in as far as they can go, the gold contact is facing up, and the fastener is secured.
check the ribbon connecting the daughter board to the motherboard, make sure on the daughter board side the gold contacts on the ribbon are facing up and not down

If you still have the original joycon, then you could try to put it back.
This would help rule out potential hardware issues with the new joycon, if you are 100% sure it's not a poor seat on a ribbon connector.
I would also inspect and unseat the screen ribbons and make sure they and the connector slots are clean.
