Corsair HS80 USB c not charging

Is there any way i can repair the USB charger for my headset? I believe the internal portion of the USB c is damaged or broken off. A charger no longer holds inside and even when I hold it in, it does not make connection.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Could you post a picture of the issue? Do you need plug in or connector fixed? As far as i know its not really difficult to replace it on this model. Google shows that on this model its separate board for charge in connector so you could easly order replacement and just replace it (plug and play). Otherwise if you dont have any soldering skills or equipement, it could be quite difficult.

I also have a Corsair HS80 headset.

The iCUE Corsair management software indicates that no connection is being made when the stock USB-C cable is oriented one way. When flipped, it only has a connection while the cable is bent. I've ruled out loose solder connections—applying pressure to the connector in various directions had no effect.

I have neither of these connection issues while using the third-party C-to-C cable I usually use for my smartphone.
