All 3 of my usb ports are not working, how can I fix that?
I tried updating my drivers, deleted and reinstalled the drivers and they are still not working
Is this a good question?

Plug a mobile phone or a USB mouse into the USB ports and check if power is being supplied by the port, i.e. phone starts to charge or the mouse LED laser light turns on.
If there is no power being supplied by any of the USB ports then check their power management settings in Device Manager.
Go to Device Manager → Universal Serial Bus controllers → click on the > symbol (or + symbol) to the left of the category heading to expand the list → right click on USB Root Hub → Properties → Power Management and see if the setting "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is unchecked. If it isn't, uncheck it → Apply (or OK).
Do this for all of the Root Hub entries listed.
Once done, close Device Manager and restart the laptop in the normal manner and check if all of the USB ports now work OK.
To get to Device Manager in Win10/11 press the Win key and the x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link.
