Screen Calibration after replacement

How does one calibrate the screen after replacing it? I replaced one with a part from here but the letters I am trying to type do not come up correctly, they are 2 or 3 letters off.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Only Apple can properly calibrate these things at the factory, the parts they sell officially has calibration data already baked in and the "calibration" steps Apple requires users to do after replacement only updates the serial number pairing so the phone fully accepts the new screen.

If the screen has dead spots, it's usually just a bad screen, or damaged during installation, or the phone has some other issues producing interference to make touch not work right.
