Screen looks broken and power adapter port looks broken.
What should I do to have a working computer.

@ethanthomp93378 okay so your LCD is definitely in need of replacement. the port is a bit hard to see but it looks a bit odd as well. Good thing is that this model has a replaceable power-adapter port. Here is the Inspiron 3511 Service Manual Page 78 will show you how to replace the port. It will also show you how to replace the display.
