Sims, WiFi, blutooth and any service related to signals not working?

In my mobile phone Sims, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and any service related to signals not working and it become like useless without this and not getting any solutions from the market please guide me what can i do. Most of these mobiles having the same issues in the market. First it suddenly turned off and was not able to on and then i repaired this after repair now its on but having these issues.

Options

Since the Cell service, and the wifi/bluetooth use separate radios... Have you checked that airplane mode is disabled? Tried Rebooting the phone?
