Why is my laptop overheating

Hello, I'm having issues about thermals in my Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5 14ABR8 82XE with AMD Ryzen 5 7530U actually, and I don't know what to do. Like my temps at idle or at turning on it kinda hovering in 70 to 95 degree celsius. And when I just browsing or just watching youtube it hovers at 45 to 47 even sometimes 50+. Also when I tried to open something like microsoft word or browser it spiked up to 60 to 70's and then cool down to 45's degrees celsius. I already cleaned the fan and the fins in the heatsink only using tooth brush and canned air only on the fan not anywhere else. Is this behaviour normal? Or it isn't? And what I can do to fix this issues? Thanks!
