@ziadaleid first follow the troubleshooting steps from Samsung
This sounds like an issue with the Sub Mic not the Main Mic since it does only happens with video. Follow these steps to see if this is a mic circuit issue.
Next use this document Galaxy A12 Component and your PDF readers search functions to locate the components to check i.e. L6016 etc.
