I have lines om my screen and it is stuck in a boot loop
its just stuck on rebooting and those lines are on my screen and even going into recovery mode doesn't fix it

@gnorpy that sure looks like a failed display. Replace the display and then try a reset to fa troy settings to see if you can get out of bootloop. Install a new display first. There is always a chance that this is a bad motherboard (video circuitry) but try a new display first.
Since there are no guides on iFixit that show the LCD replacement, I suggest that you use a video like this or use the guide from here It will get you there as well. Replacement screen are widely available so you do want to do an online search for that to find what you like. Just remember that there are 2 versions of the A13 so make sure you get the right one for your phone.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
