Headphones charging only when turned on

Hi, I have a weird problem. My pair of these headphones charges only when turned on. It happened suddenly. I tried different cables and charging methods. I've opened them and disconnected the battery for 20 minutes, unfortunately it didn't help. Any tips will be helpful. Thanks in advance
