Why will my MacBook only charge with an iPhone small block charger?

2015 MacBook recently had an issue. Battery needed to be replaced for a long time but kept putting it off because it would still take a charge, and function as long as it was plugged in. Recently had my laptop plugged in and kept hearing a ring noise as if the charger was being put in and out repeatedly. Came to find my laptop would now no longer charge.

Replaced the battery, usb -C port, and usb-C flex cable. According to the directions it stated that you should plug in a small charger with low wattage first before powering on the laptop. Did that calibrated the battery. Laptop works fine however It will only take charge with an iPhone charger. Whenever I try to plug in the Mac charger it won't take a charge. What should I do?

I would insert a USB-C power meter between the charger and the system. What does it show both voltage and current draw. Try both chargers.
