Pc still on but monitor no signal only if I restart work back

If i play any game after a while my monitor will turn black but my pc is still on and if i hold the power button and restart the pc its working back i dont know this problem

Options

Check HDMI cable If it is plugged correctly but still giving error then get a new HDMI cable.
