True tone working but no face ID after water spashed on the device

The device got splashed on a rainy day and the face id stopped working as well as the speakers , the device restart too within 10 mins

I'm a technician any advice please

Have you checked the status of the LDI (liquid damage indicator) to see if water has penetrated the phone or not? Scroll down the page in the link to find where it is located in an iPhone 11

If the LDI is red then since water has penetrated the phone, you will need to dis-assemble the phone and clean all the affected parts using Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ (available at electronics parts stores) to remove all traces of corrosion and water. If possible do not use "rubbing alcohol" as in some cases this is only 70% IPA or less, can contain additives which may leave conductive residues and is not as effective. If you do have to use it check the label to verify the amount of IPA. The higher the percentage of IPA the better
