Why is my R2 become less sensitive? Its very easy to press

My R2 is very loose. It's not the way it was before. And it's barely used

This all boils down to how the controller works, when you press the trigger you are pressing a spring which in turn pressed a button, this is how you get trigger resistance and and all the other things you get with a controller. But if you use it too much you could wear down the spring in the controller. To fix all you have to do is replace the spring which you can find here
