Why is my iPhone 11 not reading my SIM card? after dropping it?

I phone is displaying network error after dropping it. Phone still connects to wifi and Bluetooth and I can’t see any other issues apart from the phone now not reading any simcard. Although phone displays that the iPhone needs to be updated for it to now work I know that’s not the issue as I’ve updated it several times and still same issue. Do I need to replace the logic board? Or simcard reader? Or worse the motherboard board for my iPhone to work again? Please help

Thank you

It is possible you could of shorted out a cable or damaged the motherboard. If haven't already restart your phone if not I don't know

Pull the SIM card out (on left side) with the tool provided or a paper clip, clean with alcohol and reinstall.
