Hi Seif!

So, are other USB-C devices are working when connected to the port? PS4 controllers are equiped with Micro USB, so you only tested the USB-A port for those right?

If other (USB-C) accessoires do not want to connect with the PS5 port. Then the Port it self need a replacement.

Guide: PlayStation 5 USB Board Replacement

If all other (USB-C) accessoires are successfully connected. Please check if the controllers are working on a other device. And please update the controllers their firmware.

Please let us know how it goes!

Thank you for responding so quickly. I tested the USB-A and USB-C port on 4 Ps5 controllers neither of them were able to connect or even charging on the other hand the same USB-A is working fine with Ps4 controllers, I even tested my phone to charge with it to make sure and it did. I did replace the whole front USB board from another PS5 however it still the same

Hi Seif! Okay, then we know for sure that the front USB board is working fine! I assume that the PS5 and the controllers are up to date? Then it must be either something in the PS5 it's firmware or the USB controller!

Please check this one out: PlayStation 5 Teardown (Step 7/8 and 9)

Please check the: TUSB1044, CXD90061GG and also the 4 TPS2001D IC's.

@dan0 You were right one of the 4 TPS2001D IC's is burned. I replaced it and now PS5 controllers connecting normally. Thank you for your guidance.
