Phone charging but won't turn on

I've been charging my phone and it's charging but it won't turn on whenever I tried to turn it on

@Addie8385 what happens when you try to turn it on? Does it vibrate? Did anything happen to your phone prior to this? How do you know it is charging? Does your computer recognize your phone?
