When I power my Laptop the power light comes on but the screen dose not light while the light on the caps lock key keeps blinking. How do I solve this problem?

The Caps Lock light blinking is an error code telling you what's wrong.
Here's a link that describes what each of the blink and colour patterns indicates.
Click on Identify the notebook light or beep code and then select the code that matches what is being shown on your laptop.
