after I open a game the console stays about 20s and it turns black and a noise comes out of it for 5 seconds but it still on and the only way to turn it off is to plug it. any solutions???
it's been like that for almost a year.

So, the PS4 boots fine, but when you try to play a game, the issues are starting?
If this is the case, it could be your harddrive which is dying (also explains the noise).
Is this happening with both downloaded games and disc games?
Luckily, it's easy to replace the harddrive.
