Flashlight turns on when plugged in, device does not power up.

I have a customers Galaxy A51 (A516U) that doesn't power up or indicate charging.

The device however turns the flashlight on when plugged into charger.

Was hoping to see if anyone else has ran into this problem, and if possibly the battery is bad or what it could be. Replaced the charging port, and the LCD screen.

Seems like the flashlight turning on is an indication of something, just looking to see what it is indicating!
