This is a memory error which could be hardware or within the given application. One would need quite a bit more to even try to figure this out.

Think of it this way there was a murder and you have a fingerprint of who you suspect did it, so how would you try to discover the murder?

The first think is to see if there was more than one person that died? So was other applications facing the same issue? Was the OS its self having problems. One could try resetting the event if they could go backwards in time! Here we can by reloading the OS as well as the Apps and maybe even make sure both are the very newest if either is old. Who else was at the scene? Maybe the suspect is not the murder! Maybe it was someone else! Did you review what other Applications where also running? And of course there is the scene of the crime! Did you get the forensics team to the scene and quickly! Capture a listing of the Apps in use and a memory stack (crash report) as well as the details on your hardware (RAM, storage and any known physical defects) as well if anything was changed. And lastly was the action you where doing is this repeatable!
