I have a SCPH-79004, Get no disk or cant read disk error on PS2 Disk. Can read and play PS1 games but a little glitchy, otherwise runs fine. Any idea how to fix ?.

Ah yeah, it's most likely the laser that is broken. I get so many PS2 Slims with broken lasers all the time.
I recommend to replace that one first.

There are multiple model lasers out there for the PS2 Slim! Please remove the laser first and check if the PVR-802W is the one you need. The PVR-802W is the most common one, but you never know for sure.
