Nintendo switch is displaying error code 2153-1540 and wont boot up.

When Nintendo switch is powered "ON", displays nintendo screen, then switch screen. After it displays error code 2153-1540 and will not go past that. Hard reset will not work. Trying to go into recovery mode will not work. and taking it apart and disconnecting the battery for a bit, then reconnecting battery does not work. Cant find any info on the internet what could be the problem.

Hi Dan!

Regarding the comments, it could be that the RAM is faulty. This error is most of the time caused by that.

Best thing to do is to open it up and check if all is still looking OK or not.

Unfortunate everything is soldered on, so you need to desolder it. This requires soldering skills.

This guide: Nintendo Switch Teardown (step 11), shows where the ram is.

With this guide you can determine if you want to do the repair by yourself or not.
