modded 3ds: sd card detected no titles shown

the 3ds boots normally into home menu but the apps just do not appear except for the ones already in the system (download play, system settings etc.). it is a modded 3ds which also has a custom background thanks to anemone with shuffle install but it seems to be locked onto the same image. i tried to access the system managment data to see if it was wiped out but every single file was shown in the file list, opened the homebrew launcher manually with rosalina menu with no issues but it was all useless. i even tried formatting the sd card (128gb sandisk) and testing if it was broken but the problem was still there.

i don't know about how many games i have on it becasue of the 300 games limit i read about and even tried deleting some i didn't play anymore, coud anyone help me with a step by step guide? i am not very experienced with these kind of things.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi!

I can't help you with the modding. I would try to get it to factory default at first. From there you can check if everything is OK or not... Also format the SD card as well. Can you let us know your findings?

Thanks!

Hi! You can transfer the save data to a PC. After this please run a factory reset. Please let us know if this fixed it or not. Thanks!
