When started it shows user profile services cannot be sign in

After reset it started fast and after putting password it shows cannot sign in

@pradeepbharne sounds like you may have entered a wrong password. You may have to reset your password. Let us know which password this is (BIOS or OS) and what OS you are using (I assume it is Windows but which version).
