Well I will suggest you to check for the following fix. These are some of the most basic fix to try out:

  1. Try a different power source.
  2. Try a different power cable.
  3. Decrypt the beep codes.
  4. Check your display.
  5. Check your BIOS or UEFI settings.
  6. Try to run your PC in Safe Mode.
  7. Disconnect everything non-essential.
